UPDATE!!!!! I am finally on the road to finding my new home. I am now heartworm negative yeah me.....so what are you waiting for now is your big chance to bring me home to live happily ever after. I can't wait to come and play with you. I do like to run and run in the yard that is such great fun. I want a soft bed and a nice cuddly lap to sleep on.
UPDATE 11/4/09 Ski King here - OK I am on the last leg of waiting to get released from the vet for the heartworms and believe me it has been a long hard road but - I am ready to start the beginning of the rest of my life with you. Of course YOU have to come for me. I am a good little dog and I try to be quiet in my crate since I am not allowed to move around a lot. Do you know how hard that is for me to be quiet all the time? Don't try it you won't like it! So, if you would like to give me a forever home where I can be out and running free, to sit with you while you are watching TV, or to take a walk, ahhhh a walk in the fresh air and all things to be explored....did I tell you I think I will like to explore the world well I would. Please come and see me I know you will love me....
UPDATE 8/4/09 I am still being treated for heartworms and I want them to go away quick so I can start looking for YOU to adopt me and take care of me. I am tired of being quiet in my crate and not being able to explore at my foster moms house. I see everyone else enjoying themselves and I have to be good and stay quiet. Won't you donate to help sponsor my care so my foster mom can keep me going until I find a forever home?
UPDATE - well I started my treatment for those heartworms and so far so good. I hope the medicines killed them off so I can get on with more important business like finding me a nice home with lots of love and attention. My foster mom is taking really good care of me. So, if you are willing to wait a little while for me so I can make sure all the heartworms are gone then I can come home with you. If you would like for me to be your best friend then please let my foster mom know so she can get me healthy and ready to travel. I have waited for a home of my own for a long time.
Hi there I am Ski King Lee and I NEED YOUR HELP, you see I tested positive for heartworms and my foster mom(s) took me to start my treatment because they told me I was special and I needed the medications right away so they could get me feeling better so I could go to my forever home. I am a survivor of a puppymill and I know I can beat those heartworms. I need your help because treatment is very expensive and I want to be well so I can come and snuggle with you. I need to start the beginning of the rest of my life with you....won't you help me and send in a donation to ROSA'S Rescue. I won't be able to come home with you for awhile because they need to make sure I am well first. Then I will be going in to get my teeth looked at and fixed or maybe some pulled. In my prior life at the mill they did not do anything like that so whatever was wrong it just got worse.
